Mike, Could you tell me about had many hours it take you to paint a coupe after it is glass blasted. I think my body shop is taking way to long to do the job.the body was in good condition when he started on it . All ready run up over 225 hour. Just wondering about how many hours you spend on one. Thanks very much in advance for the infor.

Kindest Regards, Brooks

Brooks, I think you are asking a question that can't be answered by someone not seeing the car. Like if I asked you how long is this coiled up rope I have in my hand?
Every car restoration or paint job completely depends on 1 how nice the car was to begin with and 2. How perfect do you want it? and 3, how experienced is the workman.
I myself have spent 3 times that much time getting a body ready to paint.
If you suspect your bodyshop is taking you for a ride you should get a professional in your area to look at it and tell you how much more it needs including paint.

Good luck on all that. I have seen these kinds of things get ugly.
