Topic: Rear Bumper Braces

I have a 40 sedan. I would like to know the correct fasteners as well as the installation of the nuts, washers and bolts for my rear bumper braces to the frame. Also, fronts as well. Thanks

  Hi Ken,
I'm not certain I am supposed to 'endorse' any particular vendor but too bad
Roy Nacewicz sells kits for both the front and rear bumper arms to frame. They are dead on correct.
All the pieces are raven black in finish.
Both front and rear braces are held to the frame with the nut being toward the inside.
The rear braces are a bit 'different' in that they utilize two flat washers. These are used at the rear cross member (on the inside), NOT the side rails.
Hope this helps...
