Looking in the 41 to 48 handbook, it says tool kits and pouch did not come with the cars in 47 or 48. I looked to see if it was an option and there is no mention of it. Could you purchase a tool kit with pouch from the dealer and would judges remove points if a tool kit was present? Thanks in advance for the replies. Sorry, wrong group.
