Just curious if the #4 headliner bow is much different than the #6, for a Tudor sedan.
Having a hard time sourcing a #6 in western Canada, but have a couple extras of the #4 and I’m wondering if I could use one in place of it?
I’ve tried mocking them up, and it seems like it will work, but just curious if there is something missing by not using the proper #6.

Thanks

There's a difference in length with the bows. As the bows go towards the rear they tend to get longer as the body widens out. There's a reason for the numbering. If the #4 fits too loose in the place of #6 it will cause you problems when you go to install the headliner. It will tend to sag or move as you tighten(stretch) the head liner.
