Hi Guys I am having some problems trying to bolt in my COMPLETE 1940 Ford convertible top. It is complete and in good shape however when the prior owner took it out it appears to be missing the replacement hardware. I did find the three pieces that bolt to the top of the windshield so the front is no problem but where the cylinders are in the inside sides of the car there is a yolk that appears that it needs some bushing or something. I also have two covered springs that I have no idea where they go and on the sides of the rear seat see photo their appears that something is missing. Not sure if these are for support of the rear seat or some thing to do with the top. PLEASE HELP thanks Tom

The second picture - sheet metal with three holes... that receives the rearward end of the spring. The forward end of the spring goes in a hole at the bottom of the the respective (right / left) pillar assembly.

The yoke(s) do indeed have spacer washers, one on each side of the bar that is to be fastened to the yoke. I do not recall the thickness of each but have to believe that would be easy to figure out.
