I purchased new sun visor frames for my 1940 Ford Deluxe. I have the remnants of one sun visor that came on the car when I purchase it in 1975. Inside the cover is a piece of masonite with staples in it. This would never work with the new sun visor frames and I cannot imaging that the masonite is original. How were the original sun visors made? Cardboard over the frames the covered with fabric to match the headliner? This is probably a stupid question, but I want to do the sun visors stock correct. Thank you all in advance.
