Where can I find the actual size heater mounting template for the accessory hot water heater?

What year and model Ford do you have? If you have the heater, you can trace out your own mounting template on a piece of cardboard.

Sorry, it's a 1940 factory accessory water heater. It has a special template that came with it that lined up on the accelerator bracket bolts coming through the firewall. I need that template in order to be precise with marking the firewall holes before drilling.
