Wondering what you all use a reference Parts Catalog?

Hard copy? Inter web?

Looks like Macs offers "Body & Parts List" 86pg, 11 illustrations. $27.99
and "Chassis Parts list " 300 pg $37.49

Fritz, It is best to get a parts manual that was printed as close as possible to the year you are most interested in.
Digital? Printed?
I prefer printed as (to me) it's easier to reference.
Original parts manuals are frequently offered on eBay, etc.

What year are you seeking information on?

I prefer to have the parts list on CD. It is much easier to get to the page that I want to and then print it if needed. The big problem with that is the only one that I can find on CD is the Green Book and it only lists replacement parts that were available in 1950. It is a good reference for repair parts, as long as you know its limitations, and at $22 is a bargain.

I don't like the reprint of the Body Parts List. The print is very small and there are no drawings of the parts. It will do until you can get an original Ford catalog.

I like the May 1940 issue of the Chassis Parts and Price List. It has most of the parts and accessories listed. If you can get a later 1940 catalog go for it. The 1941 catalog shows the parts that were available in 1941.
