Here is a picture of a 1940 Ford Westclox that I just received from Smiths Classic Car Clocks. I spoke to Jim at the time of the purchase and asked him what the difference was between the 1940 Ford New Haven, and the 1940 Ford Westclox. He explained to me that the Westclox has a stronger main spring and that it’s thicker and wider. At the time he had a restored 1940 New Haven clock for sale, but he went out of his way to find and restore me a 1940 Ford Westclox, and it runs and looks beautiful.
