Got the carb today! I put it on the car. The car started immediately and ran perfectly pulling 19" vacuum. No adjustments needed. Truly. a "plug and play." Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys for the recommendations. Tom

Agree with all the comments here. The DC 'new' 94 is a plug-and-play carb that requires little, if any, adjustment. For the purist looking for a perfect score on the Concourse or pursuing a Rouge class drive train/running gear award these in all likelihood will not earn full points as they are not identical in every respect to the original and should be easily discernible by a judge. If you are looking for that have ken ct rebuild yours for you. If you simply want to enjoy the drive they are well worth the investment. Steve

I put one on a friend's 40 pickup to replace a worn out one that could not be rebuilt. It worked good right out of the box. I would definitely recommend the carb.

I bought 2 carbs from Dennis. One for my 35 and one for my 37. Put them on right out of the box and adjusted nothing. They have been working perfectly for the last 3 years. Highly recommend.

I had an identical experience as deluxe 40. Bought at C&G installed and been driving ever since. Has 3602 miles on it. I recommend it.

Yes. I bought one from C&G and installed it on my '40 Ford. It worked right out of the box and smoothed acceleration considerably. After driving it a bit I reset the idle, but pretty much put it right back where it was.

I saw in Dennis Carpenter's new catalog he is offering a new "94" carb for $275. Anyone have any experience with the carb? Tom
