Removal '40 stablizer bar swivels?

The studs are Morse Taper fit. Once you remove the nut you'll need to hit them fairly hard to knock them out of the sway bar.

tapered shaft-slot is for hold when tightening the nut

The studs that mount the swivels to the stabilizer bar, do they screw out of the bar or can they be pressed out; I see the stud has a slot for a screwdriver, so wasn't sure?
