Can anyone let me know if there's a power steering kit that I can get for my 51' ford custom. It's a manual, 3 speed and want to upgrade to power steering?

Power steering was first offered by Ford late in the 1953 Model Year. Perhaps you can acquire a PS system for a 1953 V-8 and adapt it to your vehicle.

Parts for the 53 Ford and Mercury power steering are difficult to find. Here is a link to installing electric power steering on a 53 F100. The task should be similar to installing it on your Ford. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4WwHBBe6mY Edit: After looking at the video and seeing that clunky motor just above the clutch pedal, I would look for a different solution. The 51 Ford should be able to be steered with normal force. Before you go into modifying the car, you should look into rebuilding the front end and having a good alignment done. Pay particular attention to caster and toe-in as they can have a big effect on steering effort. Wear in the suspension will affect steering effort. Tom

If you do not have radial tires you should try them. I found they made a huge difference when I put them on a Mercury i once owned.
