Almost done rebuilding my carb. I notice that when my choke plate is fully closed, the choke lever will not open the choke back up. The tang on the choke butts up against the choke lever V. I realize that I can just adjust the choke where it won't close all the way. Probably don't need it fully closed anyway, however; I was just wondering if this is a normal situation, or if something is off kilter? Thanks..Carb isn't installed yet.

Tom,you can bend slightly toward the front of the carb the tang OR bend the forward leg of the choke lever toward the rear slightly, let know if it works for you. ken ct.
