Please HELP, We are looking for books to help in a body off restoration. Book with color charts,How too's,such as,How to rebuild the break system,How to install the headliner,How to aim headlights,etc. Our car 1948 Tudor Super Deluxe. I have a copy of The Early V8 Ford Club's 1941-48 Book.But need more info. Thanks

Totally clueless on those year cars but I am sure there are Ford service books on the mech stuff . Paint charts are available . Interior stuff I would start with Lebaron Bonney and request info and samples of what they have for your car . They usually supply directions with their kits . Talking to an old upholstery shop may help also .

Headlight aiming is covered in the Owner's manual. Brake systems are covered in the reprint of the 39-48 Canadian shop manual (V-222) and in Motors manual. Headliner installation instructions came with my headliner. Tom
