Topic: Banjo Steering Wheel Repair

Can anyone recommend a vendor who repairs banjo steering wheels. My 36 wheel has some cracks in the outer wheel, but the main problem is that the place where the stainless spokes in the wheel meet the zinc hub have become elongated, thus the wheel had too much slop/play up and down. I tried to fill the holes around the stainless spokes with epoxy, but no luck. I think I need a reputable professional who has experience in repairing these wheels. Can anyone recommend a vendor who can do a quality restoration on these steering wheels? Thanks!

Hello MichV8, Thanks for your reply... I did not realize I had the PM block on. And I'm slow to reply as we just got back from vacation. At any rate, could you please send me Lauren Matley's address and phone number. I'd like to get the Banjo Steering wheel repaired over the winter. My email address is
