I have a 1953 Ford f250 truck and I like to purchase mags and new tires . it has 8 lugs pattern any suggestions , also it has 6 volt battery can you use a 12 volt jump starter?

If it is the eight bolt pattern, most any later eight bolt wheel should fit. Take a wheel to any tire store and they will measure the pattern to be sure. They have a tool for that purpose. As for using 12 volt to jump start, look for the discussion concerning that subject within the last month on this forum.
