Topic: 39 pickup tail light problem

Greetings, the truck had one tail light. For safety I added a 6v LED strip under the box and a pass side tail light. Now, the original LH stop light still works, the added LED strip works but the new tail light brake light doesn't. Before I started, the original tail running light did not work, just the brake light. Looks like I disturbed something steering column wiring bale when I fixed the horn. Anyway, the brake light is the immediate problem since I don't drive it at night.

The wiring for the brake lights should come from the stop light switch to the left brake light and connect to the right stop light by a crossover cable.

It sounds like you may have disconnected the crossover cable from the right hand tail light. Trace the crossover from the right tail light to where it connects to the green wire going to the left tail light.
