I ask only because I used to have a '40 Deluxe Tudor with hot air heater and this question has bothered me for years. Does anyone make a replacement heat exchanger assembly?

They were and possibly still are reproduced. the quality is not good. Original ones are available at times and the price has come down significantly from years ago. Another option is to weld a new skin over yours providing the inside is not too bad. Mike "Kube" Kubarth
